Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)

Join Our Team
Are you a people person with a talent for building lasting relationships and driving sales? Orogem is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and help grow our customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming environment.

  • Manage in-store and online inventory.

  • Handle administrative tasks and assist with operational support.

  • Support the sales team and help provide outstanding customer service.

  • Assist with occasional content-related tasks (e.g., product presentation for website or social media).

  • Help maintain communication with local businesses and clients.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organized, precise, and proactive.

  • Comfortable with basic digital tools and online platforms.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

  • Interest in jewelry and aesthetics is a plus.

Schedule
Full-time, including Saturdays.
