Made to order, and why a four stone flower is
This pendant is made when you order it, not taken off a shelf. That is not a stock problem — it is how a matched piece has to be built.
A solitaire can sit in a drawer for a year because it is one stone and it answers to one report. A flower is four stones that have to agree with each other: the same colour, the same clarity band, the same proportions, and above all the same length, because four marquises meeting at a centre will show a half-millimetre difference in petal length from across a room. You cannot assemble that from whatever is in the safe on the day. The four are selected together, against each other, and set into a mount made for those four specifically.
Allow two to three weeks. If you need it for a date, tell us the date rather than the deadline you think we need.
What white gold does to a flower that yellow does not
On a single stone the metal is a frame. On a piece made of four stones the metal is the fifth element in the design, because it runs between the petals and is visible in every gap.
In white gold the claws and the gallery disappear into the diamonds, and the eye reads one continuous white shape — the flower behaves like a single ornament with a scalloped outline. In yellow gold the same mount draws itself in warm lines between the petals, and you see four separate stones held in a frame. Same design, two different objects. Neither is more correct; they are simply for different people, and it is worth knowing which one you are looking at before you choose on price.
Where 0.43 ct actually sits
The four stones total 0.43 ct, which sounds modest and is not the number that matters. A marquise has the largest face-up area per carat of any standard cut, and four of them arranged point-inward push that area outward rather than upward. The rosette spans about a centimetre across, which on a chain at the base of the throat is a piece you notice from conversational distance — considerably more presence than a 0.43 ct round solitaire, which would measure under 5 mm.
What you give up is depth. There is no single stone here throwing a hard flash; there are four smaller crowns returning light in four directions, so the effect is a continuous shimmer rather than a strobe. That is the trade, and for a piece worn every day most people take it happily.

The same flower, elsewhere
